As of 4 August, Mr. Michael Hepper has assumed his new role as Group CFO, based at our headquarters in Neunkirch, Switzerland. He is also responsible for Finance and HR and serves as a member of the Hidrostal AG Executive Management.
Mister Hepper, 49 years old, holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with post graduate studies in general management, finance and business law. Michael brings more than two decades of international financial leadership experience in the industrial, manufacturing and logistics sectors. Prior to joining Hidrostal, he held senior financial positions at several global companies, where he led cross-border teams. His expertise includes strategic financial planning, digitalization of finance operations and risk management. His passion is the human ressources management. He lived several years in Brazil and India. Most recently, he served seven years as Group CFO at BalTec Group.
He is originally from the Schauffhausen region, where he lives with his family. He is a proud father of three children.
