Hidrostal proudly presents the new monitoring and control solution, HidroSmart! The ideal solution for monitoring and control of pumps. Both, the device itself and the web application have been designed with flexibility in mind, offering you a solution for every installation. With HidroSmart it is possible to monitor, protect and control pumps, optimizing performance and minimizing costs.
Pump Monitoring and Control with HidroSmart
The HidroSmart can connect various sensors that are important for the pumping process and is your guardian for pump monitoring and control. Various types of temperature, pressure and flow sensors can be easily connected to the 8 analogue or 6 RTD inputs. There are also 10 digital inputs for float switches or seal probes, for example.
Advanced Vibration Analysis with HidroScope
In addition to the HidroSmart, you can connect the HidroScope for advanced vibration analysis. With this unit you can connect 6 IEPE sensors and obtain important vibration data such as RMS velocity values and use them for further analysis, for example spectrograms. With a wide frequency range from 3 Hz to 1 kHz, you can take an in-depth look at pump vibration.
Real-Time Data Access and Custom Alerts
The Hidrostal web application allows you to access live and historical data at any time to ensure that your pumps are operating as they should. The web application allows you to enter your own values and make the settings as you wish. For example, you can set maximum values and set up SMS or email alerts when these values are exceeded. The data is encrypted and stored in the Microsoft Azure cloud.
Seamless Integration and Easy Installation
In addition to the flexibility of the web application, the HidroSmart is a PLC that can be programmed with OpenPCS. This means that the HidroSmart can also be integrated into existing SCADA systems via Modbus or be modified in many other ways if required.
The respective sensors are connected directly to the HidroSmart and HidroScope units installed in an electrical cabinet. They are lightweight, easy to mount on a DIN rail and powered by 24 VDC. The HidroSmart can also be connected to a laptop on site by Ethernet to read out the stored data through the Hidrostal technician tool.
Optimize Maintenance and Performance
The information obtained with HidroSmart and HidroScope can be used to plan and improve pump maintenance, check pump performance, and send alarms to the operator in case of problems. The data can be viewed online in the web application, in your own SCADA system, or exported through the web application or the technician tool.
